University shopping, so far, has gone really well. I'm even starting to sketch out the "university-student complex". For females, its lululemon/jogging pants with cardigan, scarf, backpack or lumpy hand bag. Hair is tied up and just messy enough to pass off as the "i'm chic without trying" type look, and of course, with a cup of coffee in one hand, blackberry in the other. But I love it anyways... maybe because I'm so sick of high school and just want to move on to bigger and better things, but I am really enjoying the university vibe (minus York... I feel like I'm going to get shot there).
Anyways, today a tour guide brought us into a girl's room to see what a traditional dorm looks like and it was...disgusting. She obviously wasn't expecting us because it was 9:00 am and she was dressed in clubbing clothes, smokey make-up and all. Hahaha! She tried to cover up the road-kill stench by spraying something and wrapping up her dirty laundry in her blankets... so there was this awkward ball of stuff in the corner of her room. Out of all the tours and presentations on student-life 101, I feel like THAT was the most honest glimpse I could ever get. So thank you, whoever you are...I really hope you do clean your room.
