I always find it incredibly unrealistic when movies or shows portray an epic interrogation scene, after "good guys" are captured by the "bad guys". The good guys are just always so good and courageous and seem to have absolutely no trace of evil inside of them. Come on now, is that really being realistic? Jack Bauer from 24 is a prime example. My god, when he's being tortured by the terrorists, instead of showing any sort of average, human characteristics (a little thing called FEAR), he goes about insulting the bad guy non-stop: "You're NEVER going to get away with this. When CTU finds you, you'll be sorry! You guys are dispicable men who do dispicable things. You're a disgrace!" Now, I'm not sure if the average person would respond this way to someone who has a gun two inches from their head and a bomb strapped to their legs. I'm pretty sure they'd be crapping in their pants and saying a few Hail Mary's instead of giving the interoggator more of a reason to blow your brains into pieces.
Haha speaking of Jack Bauer, I love reading Jack Bauer Facts:
They add to the whole epic-ness of his entire being...
"Jack Bauer sleeps with a night light because the dark is afraid of Jack Bauer"
"His tears are said to be the cure for cancer, but he has never cried."
"Jack and Jill went up the hill. Only Jack came down. Jill was a fucking terrorist."
