Busu-Kawaii

I saw this on ROCKETBOOM. I didn't know that blob fishes and axolotls were real...the first time I saw it I thought it was some sort of animated thing. Now I truly understand the Japanese craze of Busu-Kawaii. Is it okay to say that they simultaneously gross me out and intrigue me at the same time?
